Digital delivery policy

Credi Contable is software and digital content. We do not ship boxes, discs, cards, or physical goods, so carriers, tracking numbers, customs, and shipping fees do not apply.

After registration and authorized payment, access is enabled electronically for the stated account. We may email confirmation, receipt, instructions, or an access link. Users sign in with credentials; email does not contain the entire product and must not be shared.

Delivery is usually immediate after Paddle confirms payment. Anti-fraud review, pending payment, provider errors, or maintenance may delay it. If confirmation does not arrive in a reasonable time, check spam and contact support.

You must provide a valid email, protect credentials, and have a compatible device and connection. You are responsible for correcting an incorrect email and allowing operational messages. We never request your password by email.

Processor confirmation, account creation, technical sending, first sign-in, and access logs may evidence delivery, subject to the privacy policy.

If payment is approved but access is not enabled, contact support with the email, date, and transaction reference. Do not send full card data. We will verify and enable access, correct the account, or apply the refund policy.

Purchases may be limited by sanctions, export controls, Paddle availability, or local law. A localized language or price does not guarantee that every feature satisfies sector-specific lending regulation.

Updates and included support are delivered digitally during an active subscription. Technical delivery methods may change without materially reducing contracted access.
