Terms of service

The Credi Contable service is provided and sold by Credi Contable, established at Calle 14A # 50-68, Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, who publishes the service at the domain credicontable.online. When you buy a subscription you contract directly with Credi Contable, referred to below as "the seller" or "Credi Contable".

Paddle acts solely as Merchant of Record: it processes payment, calculates tax, and issues invoices on the seller's behalf. Paddle does not provide the software and is not a party to the service relationship.

By registering, paying, or using Credi Contable, you accept these terms and linked policies. You represent that you can legally contract and, for an organization, have authority to bind it. Do not use the service if you disagree.

Credi Contable helps manage customers, loans, installments, collections, routes, workers, capital, expenses, audits, and reports. It is an administrative tool, not a lender, bank, credit bureau, financial adviser, law firm, or collection agency.

Users decide whom to lend to, rates, contracts, and collection methods and must comply with licensing, interest caps, consumer protection, tax, anti-money-laundering, and other local rules.

Provide accurate data, keep it current, protect credentials and devices, grant minimum permissions, and report unauthorized access. You are responsible for user actions unless caused by Credi Contable's failure.

The plan, period, add-ons, currency, tax, and total appear before payment. Periods may be monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual. Promotions may apply only to an initial period under stated conditions.

Paddle is Merchant of Record, processes payment, and provides tax documents where applicable. Banks may charge conversion or fees. The checkout total shown before authorization controls.

Where checkout states automatic renewal, you authorize each new-period charge until cancellation. Cancel before the next charge and retain access through the paid term. The refund policy and mandatory local rights apply.

Use the service only for lawful operations. You must not:

• Break laws or third-party rights, or use abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, or threatening collection practices.
• Upload data without legal authority, access others' information, or disclose it to unauthorized people.
• Bypass limits, subscriptions, or security; introduce malware; disrupt or test vulnerabilities without permission.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, decompile, or mass-extract the service except where non-waivable law permits.
• Use it for spam, fraud, laundering, unlawful surveillance, or prohibited sensitive-data decisions.

Users retain rights in uploaded data and give Credi Contable a limited permission to host, process, back up, and transmit it only to provide and protect the service. Users warrant lawful processing.

Published privacy and processing policies and, where applicable, a data processing agreement govern data. Export available reports and backups before closure.

Credi Contable's code, interface, brand, designs, and documentation belong to Credi Contable or to its licensors. A subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during the active period, not ownership.

We pursue reasonable availability, but maintenance, internet, providers, or events outside our control may intervene. We may fix errors and modify features for security, compliance, or improvement without materially reducing paid service without an appropriate remedy.

We may restrict or suspend for nonpayment, security risk, fraud, illegal use, or material breach, with notice where reasonable. Users may stop renewal. After termination, access ends and data is retained or deleted under policy and law.

We provide the service with reasonable care and according to its description but do not guarantee financial results, debt recovery, absolute error-free operation, or compliance with every sector rule. Non-waivable statutory warranties remain.

To the extent permitted, neither party is liable for indirect damages, expected profit loss, or data loss caused by the other or external factors. Credi Contable's total service liability is capped at amounts paid by the account in the preceding twelve months.

The cap does not apply where prohibited or to fraud, willful misconduct, injury, deliberate confidentiality breach, or other non-waivable liability.

To the lawful extent, users are responsible for claims arising from their loans, collection practices, content, unlawfully processed data, regulatory breach, or prohibited use, except to the extent caused by Credi Contable.

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Colombia and submitted to the courts of the seller's domicile in Cali, Valle del Cauca, without removing mandatory consumer protections or the courts of the consumer's country of residence. The parties will first seek good-faith support resolution for at least thirty days, except urgent relief or legal deadlines.

For legal and invoicing purposes, the seller of record is Santiago Bolívar Santacruz, a sole proprietor trading as Credi Contable, established at Calle 14A # 50-68, Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Contact: soporte@credicontable.online. Paddle.com Market Limited acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment, taxes, and invoicing on the seller's behalf.

If one term is invalid, the rest remains. Failure to enforce is not waiver. We may assign in a reorganization or sale while respecting rights; users need consent to assign. The published version and checkout terms form the agreement.
