1. General rule
Plans provide immediate digital access and reserve capacity for the chosen period. Once access is delivered and the application materially works as offered, payments are final and non-refundable for non-use, change of mind, selecting the wrong period, disclosed external incompatibilities, or ending operations.
This rule never removes non-waivable consumer rights. Any mandatory local cancellation or refund right still applies.
2. Canceling renewal
You may cancel future renewal before the next charge. Cancellation prevents later charges but does not refund a started period; access continues through the paid term unless suspended for a justified breach.
3. Cases we review
We review in good faith:
- A duplicate charge caused by payment processing.
- An unauthorized transaction, subject to verification and payment-network procedures.
- A material, verifiable inability to access the service caused by Credi Contable, promptly reported and not fixed in a reasonable time.
- A charge after an effective, timely cancellation.
- A mandatory consumer refund or withdrawal right.
4. Non-refundable situations
No refund is due when the service works and the reason is non-use, unadvertised expectations, incorrectly entered data, user credential loss, the user's internet or hardware, a suspension caused by breach, or regret over a longer billing period.
5. Requesting review
Use the contact page and provide the account email, transaction reference or date, amount, reason, and available evidence. Never send full card numbers or security codes. Request promptly and within mandatory local deadlines.
6. Review and remedies
We may review access, availability, technical logs, and subscription status. Depending on the case, we may restore access, correct the charge, extend time after a significant outage, issue credit, or approve a full or partial refund. A voluntary remedy does not create a rule for other cases.
7. Paddle, taxes, and timing
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes charges, taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks. Approved refunds normally return to the original method; timing depends on Paddle, the bank, and payment network. Taxes are adjusted under applicable rules.
8. Chargebacks
Contact us before starting a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may restrict the account and lead to evidence being provided to the processor, without limiting a legitimate dispute over an unauthorized charge.
9. Changes
The version effective at purchase applies with checkout terms and mandatory law. Changes do not retroactively reduce acquired rights.
